Dear friends and partners,
 The month of May celebrates Mothers Day in many countries. It’s a time to recognize our mothers and to be recognized as a mother. In Cambodia, mothers are not celebrated yet mothers are no different than us. For many mums in Cambodia, the day-to-day struggle to care for, nurture, feed and provide safety for their children is a task than can be daunting. This newsletter is my tribute to the so very many mothers and grandmothers in our Tabitha programs for these women are my inspiration.
 
 
                
Cambodian mothers are very busy with raising children by loving them and nurturing them.

 
Cambodian mothers are very busy earning incomes by raising animals, working in the fields, doing a business.

 
Cambodian mothers and grandmothers are able to do this because so many of you mums took the time to send a water source, or partnered with Cambodian mums to save so that could have animals and fields of food or came and help build a starter home for Cambodian mothers. 

 
I thank my God that I had a caring and loving mum; I thank my God that I became a mum; I thank my God that I call so very many of you mums my friend; I thank my God that I had the privilege of standing with so very many Cambodian mums.  It is so very good!
